Thank you for shopping with Camdi. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (film and other light-sensitive photographic materials), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been shipped. Film is perishable and highly sensitive to handling, temperature, and light exposure. For this reason, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@thecamdi.com.au with your order details and photos of the product. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or other resolution if applicable.
Exceptions

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We do not accept returns for opened, exposed, or used film.

Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
