Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Camdi. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other courier partners.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 2–8 business days.

  • Express shipping options are available at checkout (typically 1–4 business days).

  • Shipping times may vary during peak periods (public holidays, sales events, etc.).

Shipping Fee

We offer three shipping options for our customers:

  1. Standard AU Post Shipping – AUD 10

    • Delivery within 2–8 business days.

  2. Express AU Post Shipping – AUD 15

    • Delivery within 1–4 business days.

  3. Free Shipping – Orders over AUD 150

    • Qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

  • We currently not ship to other countries.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to the nature of our products (light-sensitive photographic materials), we recommend storing your parcel in a cool, dry place upon arrival.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@thecamdi.com.au with your order number and photos.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.
