Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products (light-sensitive photographic materials), we recommend storing your parcel in a cool, dry place upon arrival.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@thecamdi.com.au with your order number and photos.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution.
